Joshua Templeman and Lucy Hutton hate each other. Both colleagues and assistants to the Co-CEOs of Bexley & Gamin. They are so competitive and engage in never-ending game of one-upmanship.
They fight to get a job promotion in the company. Tension rises which reveals that they may not totally hate each other. After all, there is a thin line between love and hate.
I loved the concept of the book as anything enemies to lovers is my favorite. Joshua’s character is was poor and I did not like him at all. Also this book was overrated by Booktok. Like I had so much hype before I read it and was disappointed after. It is a good book but not great.You don’t have to take my word for it so read it yourself and make your conclusions. Anyway I can’t wait to watch the movie. Hopefully it’s better than the book. I rate it 3/5🌟
